Jackson Residents Directory is a privately run reference to public rolls, record indexes, and directory collections connected with Jackson, Tennessee. It does not host government files and is not associated with any public office, court, library, or records custodian.

Tennessee's public-records framework, where relevant to an external custodian, is the Tennessee Public Records Act, T.C.A. §§10-7-501–10-7-506, including §10-7-503; it does not make Jackson Residents Directory a records custodian.
12. Severability
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect.
